Any legal or regulatory violations resulting from your use of the AI-generated content
Any business losses, lost profits, data loss, or damage to your computer systems

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vireel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the AI UGC Content Generator; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any intellectual property right or publicity, confidentiality, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that content you created using our service caused harm to a third party.
